KSH’s Multimodal Logistics and Industrial Park at Talegaon is spread over 8 acres of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) land.
The built-up area consists of 2 standalone structures spanning 1,40,000 sq. ft.

Decades of managing complex logistics operations and the experience gained from building and operating an Inland Container Depot are applied to designing the layout of the park and structures and facilities within.

The built-up area consists of 4 standalone structures covering 7,50,000 sq. ft.

The experience gained from building and operating an Inland Container Depot and a logistics and industrial park at Talegaon has been applied while designing the Chakan park and determining the level of customisation available within.

MIDC LAND

The parks are located on land allocated by MIDC, a state industrial development corporation. The special benefits of MIDC land include clear title, industrial zoning and easy access to a variety of utilities such as electricity, water, effluent treatment and a fully developed road network. The partnership with Pacific Century Regional Developments allows KSH access to global resources with regards to construction management and design.

READY TO USE

KSH builds Grade-A infrastructure supported by a range of facilities. Facilities include electrical connections with light fittings and generator back-up, public wash rooms, water and sewage treatment plant, fire fighting system, security, parking and more. KSH infrastructure is ready-to-use, can be available on shared basis, and can be leased and occupied on demand.

CUSTOMISABLE

KSH infrastructure is flexible and can be customised based on client requirements. Customisation is available for floor load bearing capacity, overhead cranes, additional electrical, water or effluent requirements, separate entrance and compound wall, etc.
